I just wanted to email to say thank you so much for the help and advice that you have given me over the last few weeks.
As you know, i didn't know what i needed or wanted on my first call to you which led me to give you inaccurate information which made the quote really high! Because of this I tried some comparison sites and was inundated with calls, many of which were much cheaper than you could offer! It was a shame as I had been with crowthorne for quite some years....
After speaking to you to discuss cancelling my policy and going to another broker, you asked me to send a copy of the schedule to make sure that I had been quoted for the same amount of cover. You carefully checked through the policy wording and found that I had in fact been getting quotes on a completely different level of cover and usage!
Once we had established what I actually needed, you sourced a competitive quote (from the same insurer) and also provided me with a price for a vehicles in transit policy.
I can't even remember if your final quote was more or less than I was ready to accept from the last broker, I accepted your quotes because of the way that you dealt with me and how patient you were with my enquiries... even when I kept moving the goal posts for you!
